Invisible braces provide all the benefits of traditional braces, but without the conspicuous metal brackets.
Increased demand for orthodontic treatment among adults has fuelled the creation of clear, removable and hidden braces (hooray!). You can now straighten your teeth discreetly and conveniently without drawing comparisons to Ugly Betty.
At Sensu, we have a wide range of invisible braces for you to choose from, including Invisalign clear aligners, clear fixed braces and hidden lingual braces.
Our invisible braces cost from £2,000, which includes home teeth whitening, teeth contouring, fixed and removable retainers. There are no hidden surprises, and your treatment will be led by a highly trained specialist orthodontist in London.
Exactly how much do invisible braces cost?
If you’ve looked online, you’ve probably realised that the cost of invisible braces can vary considerably. This usually reflects the experience of the provider and the quality of your treatment.
Mail-order aligners, for example, can be cheaper than seeing a specialist. The downside is that your treatment will be almost entirely unsupervised.
Orthodontic treatment is very bespoke, so it isn’t easy to provide a one-size-fits-all fixed price. We offer free-of-charge consultations* to everyone, so we can provide you with a comprehensive quote before you commit. We can also send you an estimate by email if you upload a photo of your teeth via our contact form.
In the meantime, here is a guide to the cost of invisible braces at Sensu.
Invisalign from £2,000
Invisalign uses clear aligners to gently straighten teeth. It’s our most popular invisible option thanks to its incredible results and convenience. You can even take your aligners out to eat and drink and brush your teeth.
The average price for Invisalign is £3,000–£4,000. If you have minor crowding or spacing, you may be suitable for Invisalign Express, which starts from £2,000, or £53 a month, if you choose interest-free finance.
Clear braces from £4,000
Clear braces attach to your teeth just like train tracks, but they feature subtle ceramic brackets. We use Damon Clear, In-Ovation C and Inspire ICE clear braces. They’re all discreet and excellent at straightening teeth.
Fixed braces are adept at aligning a wide range of concerns, including the most complicated cases. If you just want to straighten your front teeth, your treatment will be quicker and more affordable.
Lingual braces from £5,500
Lingual braces are an incredibly discreet way to straighten your smile. The entire brace is concealed behind your teeth. We offer Incognito lingual braces, which boast cast-gold, custom-made brackets. Our specialist orthodontist Ilias Marinopoulos is an Incognito Elite Platinum user, and one of the most experienced orthodontists in London.
Lingual braces are typically more expensive than clear braces or Invisalign because of the brace itself, the expertise of your clinician and the length of your appointments.
Interest-free payment options
There are a few different ways you can pay for your braces. You can pay upfront, or you can spread the cost through our in-house and third-party payment plans. These include interest-free repayments over 6–24 months (subject to eligibility).
At your free consultation, we’ll give you prices for your preferred treatments and go through all your payment options.
