We’re pleased to offer every patient at Sensu a free 60 minute no-obligation consultation. It’s a great opportunity for you to visit the clinic, meet the team, and most importantly, find out how we can help.
The choice of different cosmetic treatments and ‘invisible’ braces on offer can sometimes seem overwhelming to new patients, so we’ll take the time to talk to you about your concerns and help you find the treatment that’s best for you.
Not everyone enjoys a visit to the dentist, even for cosmetic treatments, so a free consultation is a gentle introduction. If you’re feeling nervous, just let us know and we’ll do everything we can to make you feel at ease throughout your appointment.
Welcome to Sensu
You’ll receive a warm welcome from our friendly reception team as you enter the clinic. We’ll ask you to arrive 15 minutes before your appointment so you can fill in some patient questionnaires before we get started.
Time for your close-up
We’ll start your consultation by taking some photos of your face and teeth. If necessary we’ll also take some X-rays of your teeth and jaws.
Dental health check
Next you’ll see one of our dentists for a full dental health check. They’ll gently examine your teeth and gums to assess their health and suitability for treatment.
Last but not least, we’ll go through all your treatment options. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask us all your questions.
Your personalised treatment plan
You’ll leave the practice with a pack containing all of our recommendations, estimated costs and information on our finance options. Within the next week we’ll send you a personalised treatment plan with final costs. It’s not unusual to think of more questions once you’ve left the practice, so feel free to give us a call or send us a message at any point.
Booking your free consultation
To secure your free consultation, we require a £50 deposit. This is automatically refunded in full when you attend your appointment, regardless of whether you go ahead with treatment. The reason we ask for a deposit is to deter ‘no-shows’ and the appointment time going to waste. If you need to change the date of your appointment, that’s absolutely fine, just give us 48 hours’ notice.
