10 reasons to choose Sensu
If you want to improve your smile, here are 10 good reasons to trust our talented team with your transformation.
1. UK-registered specialist orthodontists
Our specialist orthodontists in London will oversee every step of your smile makeover. We’ve handpicked our team for their considerable expertise and caring personalities.
Specialist orthodontists train as dentists, then spend three years studying orthodontics full-time. They have the know-how and experience to deliver incredible results for every patient.
2. Wide choice of treatments and braces
Some orthodontic providers offer a limited choice of treatments, and if you choose to straighten your teeth online, your options will be limited to clear aligners.
Different braces suit different cases and lifestyles, so we offer a wide range of teeth-straightening treatments. You can choose from clear aligners, metal and clear fixed braces and even hidden lingual braces (pictured below).
3. Thousands of happy patients
Our team have been established in London for over 10 years. We’ve helped thousands of patients to align their smiles, and we’re proud to be a Diamond Apex Provider of Invisalign, the world’s leading clear aligner system.

4. Free whitening and contouring
The cost of your braces will include everything you need to achieve a beautiful smile. We even provide complimentary teeth whitening and teeth contouring as standard.
Home teeth whitening is a popular finishing touch that will leave your smile bright and sparkling. Teeth contouring is another complementary treatment that will subtly reshape your teeth to improve their symmetry. Combined with orthodontic treatment, the results are amazing!

5. Retainers and aftercare
After your braces come off, you’ll need to wear retainers to keep your teeth straight. Retainers are essential after braces, and we include removable retainers for everyone at no extra cost.
Removable retainers fit over your teeth, just like Invisalign, to hold them in their new positions. Eventually, you’ll only need to wear your removable retainers at night. You can also upgrade to fixed retainers, which consist of a thin wire that we attach behind your front teeth

7. Evening and weekend appointments
You’ll visit us every 6–8 weeks for check-ups while you’re wearing braces. To help you fit your appointments around work and school, we’re open early mornings, evenings and weekends.
