Where can I visit you for a consultation?
You can book a free consultation at our clinics in Marylebone and London Bridge. Both practices boast the latest technology, including digital scanners and 3D software to visualise your new smile.
What does a free consultation include?
Our comprehensive consultations last approximately 60 minutes and include all the steps we need to take before starting your treatment. Occasionally, we might invite you back for a second consultation with a specialist (which is also complimentary). Otherwise, we’re ready to begin your treatment when you are.
Here’s everything your consultation will include:
- Dental health check with a UK-registered dentist
- Photos of your teeth and X-rays (if they’re needed)
- Time to discuss your goals and any concerns
- Overview of your options and our recommendations
- Digital scan and 3D simulation of your smile
- Personalised quote and finance options
During your consultation, you’ll be looked after by a dentist and a treatment coordinator. Don’t hesitate to ask them all your questions, and please let us know if you’re feeling nervous.
Are your consultations really free?
Yes, we don’t charge a fee for our consultations. However, we do take a refundable deposit of £50 to secure your booking.
We take a deposit to deter no shows and avoid appointment times going to waste. Your £50 deposit will be refunded to you in full following your appointment. We do this automatically, so it’s not dependent on you deciding to start treatment.
Can I cancel or rearrange my consultation?
We know plans can change. If you give us at least 24 hours’ notice, we’ll refund your deposit or move it to your new appointment.
How should I prepare for my consultation?
Before your consultation, we’ll email you a new patient questionnaire to complete online. It includes your all-important medical history and some questions to help us find the right treatment for you.
You might want to write down some questions ahead of your appointment. You’re also very welcome to take notes throughout.
Our consultations are a gentle introduction, and we hope you’ll leave feeling fully informed and excited for the next steps.
What happens after my consultation?
