Vikki graduated in the top three of her class at the University of the Witwatersrand Dental School in South Africa. After having worked in both public and private practices in South Africa, Vikki continues her dental career in London – where she also successfully completed the Advanced Aesthetics in Dentistry programme, obtaining a Distinction Award, at the prestigious Eastman Dental Institute at University College London (UCL).
Following completion of this course, Vikki has now joined the teaching staff at UCL as a visiting lecturer for the Advanced Aesthetics in Dentistry programme.
Vikki’s main interest and passion lies in aesthetic dentistry, providing natural tooth coloured restorations, smile design, veneers and crowns, as well as restorative and prosthetic treatments.
She is also an Invisalign provider, which allows her to provide orthodontic treatment to enhance her patients’ smiles.
Vikki believes successful dentistry is a team effort that involves not only the dentist and the dental team but also the patient – therefore treating patients using a holistic approach and involving them as much as possible so that they too are excited about dentistry.
Vikki is a member of the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (BACD), British Dental Association (BDA) and the International Team for Implantology (ITI).
Vikki believes that there is always room for improvement and is consistently striving to learn more by attending numerous seminars and lectures and undergoing further post-graduate studies.
Outside of dentistry, Vikki enjoys travelling and exploring new cities. She enjoys playing sports, particularly tennis, and speaks both English and Greek.
