Dr Ashwak Sabri

Ashwak qualified as a dentist from Baghdad University, before gaining a licence in Dental Surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons after moving to England.

She is a Fellow Member of the Royal College of Surgeons of England, a Member of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow and a Member of the Faculty of General Dental Practice.

After working in the NHS for more than 11 years, Ashwak moved into private practice. She loves the additional time this gives her with her patients. She briefly returned to the NHS recently, helping the 111 service by working in an Urgent Dental Care Centre during the pandemic.

Ashwak has a special interest in orthodontics, which led her to complete a post-graduate Certificate in Orthodontics. She recently started a Masters in Orthodontics in Germany. Ashwak is experienced in all types of orthodontic treatment, including metal, ceramic and self-ligating braces.

Ashwak has a caring and compassionate nature and is confident in managing anxious patients, including children.

In her spare time Ashwak enjoys spending time with her friends and family.
